Feasibility studies are the cornerstone of any new development of multiple homes. Commissioning a feasibility sketch allows for greater flexibility to explore the sites constraints and opportunities through high level design proposals focusing on the core principle of development. 

These studies aid our clients in determining which path would be most suitable to their individual needs, without the need for detailed design development, limiting their financial exposure on new projects or prior to land purchase. 

Developing new land and increasing the opportunity of a site can be a fine balancing act, requiring lengthy fine tuning, incorporating local policies, highways requirements and overcoming site constraints. A feasibility sketch is a quicker and more cost effective route to prove a sites viability, produced as a scalable sketch that can later be used as a backbone for fine tuning in programmes such as AutoCAD or, accurate drawing software.
